President & CEO


The President and CEO has over 27 years of experience in direct sales, with over 4 of them being dedicated to recruiting truck drivers. His career started in car sales, where he flourished at every level including direct sales, internet sales, finance and management. He then left the car business and went on to be an in-house recruiter for one of the largest carriers in the United States. After just a few short months, with no recruiting experience, he became their top recruiter. He maintained this status as he continued to double the hires of their second place recruiter who had been with the company for more than twenty years..

He had found a way to create higher yielding applications and turn them into hires. He found a way to decrease the quantity of applications yet at the same time increase the quality. He had created a whole new outlook for recruiting drivers. This new method had him speaking with qualified, interested drivers versus making cold calls or answering calls from the company’s other methods of advertising.

The President happens to be a wizard at Tenstreet software. He is able to extract data for a specific job and re-engage that driver with a higher ROI than any other source of advertising. These are the exact methods he utilized for his own success.
